When and how digital orders are delivered.
Automatic delivery
Stock and supplier-fulfilled items enter the fulfilment queue after Paystack verifies payment. Most are delivered quickly, but supplier downtime or stock changes can delay an order.
Manual delivery
Manual services use the estimate shown on the product and order page. Status updates are available in your dashboard and linked Telegram account.
Secure access
Credentials and keys are not sent directly in Telegram. Delivery links expire, have limited views, and can be revoked. Contact support if a link expires before you access it.
